Here’s a cheat sheet on how to best store and consume our desserts.
Signature Cookies
Storage
Cookies can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or up to 1 week in the fridge. As we do not use any preservatives, cookies should be consumed ASAP.
Consumption
You can have it warmed up (160-170°C for 2-3 min / microwaved for 20-40s), straight out of the box at room temperature, or chilled.
Pro tip: Try our cookies with a tall, cold glass of milk!
Stuffed Cookies
Storage
Cookies can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or up to 1 week in the fridge. As we do not use any preservatives, cookies should be consumed ASAP.
Consumption
Best to warm it up for that ooey gooey centre. Warm it up for 30-60s in the microwave, OR 3 mins in the oven/toaster oven/air fryer at 170°C.
Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Storage
Cookies can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or up to 1 week in the fridge. As we do not use any preservatives, cookies should be consumed ASAP.
Consumption
We highly recommend to warm them up for 2-3 mins in the oven/toaster oven/air fryer at 170°C, or in the microwave for 30-60s. It makes all the difference!

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed on our website once slots open every Monday, 7.30pm.
How long can the cookies last?
Cookies can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Storing them in the refrigerator does make them slightly fudgier (which some people prefer!) We do not use any preservatives in our products. Signature cookies can be eaten warm, chilled, or as is. We recommend our stuffed cookies to be eaten warmed up.
What are the collection/delivery methods available?
You can: (1) Collect your desserts at Upper East Coast, (2) Opt for islandwide delivery at $10 per location (10am-8pm, no fixed time), or (3) Arrange for your own courier to collect the items on your behalf. Delivery is free for orders above $200 - simply enter code ‘SENDCOOKIES’ and checkout.
How long can a tart/tartlet last?
Our tarts can be kept in the fridge for 1-2 days, but should be eaten as soon as possible for best enjoyment, as tart shells tend to soften over time. We do not bake with any preservatives.
